Randy is one of OCI’s longest-serving team members and has been with the firm since 1992. He is responsible for the Business Development and Marketing efforts of the firm and oversees our Tampa office. As a point of interest, he served our country for 20 years in the U.S. Army (Active/Reserve) and is a retired Chief Warrant Officer IV. He spent most of his career flying as a UH-1 Huey Helicopter Instructor Pilot and served during Operation Desert Storm.
